Roadworks in Sittard until mid-June

In Sittard, roadworks are currently being carried out at various locations. In some cases, this may lead to delays.

On Brugstraat, the asphalt is being renewed, and at the intersection of Mgr. Vranckenstraat-Bergerweg-Brugstraat, the traffic lights are being replaced. According to the schedule, this should be completed by May 2. On May 7 and 8, between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM, the new top layer of asphalt will be applied. Brugstraat and part of Monseigneur Vranckenstraat will then be closed to traffic. Traffic will be diverted.

Until May 23, work is being done on Alphons Wintersstraat to renew the sidewalks. A new top layer of asphalt will also be applied to the road. The section being worked on will be closed to traffic.

Work is also being done on Dr. Nolenslaan-Nusterweg. From April 22 to 25, work will be carried out on the asphalt between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The section being worked on is closed to traffic, and traffic will be diverted.

From June 10 to 13, the top layer of asphalt will be renewed. Then the section being worked on will also be closed to traffic. Traffic will be diverted.

Roadworks will also affect the intersection of Dr. Nolenslaan-Rijksweg Noord from April 28 to May 2. Work will be carried out on the asphalt between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The section being worked on will be closed to traffic, and traffic will be diverted. From June 10 to 13, the top layer of asphalt will be renewed and then the section that is being worked on will also be closed to traffic. Traffic will be diverted.

From April 28 to June 5, the traffic lights at the intersections of Dr. Nolenslaan-Nusterweg and Dr. Nolenslaan–-Rijksweg Noord will be replaced.
