This year, the municipality of Sittard-Geleen is again distributing free trees for your garden. Green gardens create a pleasant environment for both people and animals.

For example, trees help water to drain away more quickly into the soil. They also provide coolness in the garden and attract more birds and butterflies.

The municipality is giving away various types of trees. They have chosen trees that remain (relatively) small and are easy to maintain. These are also attractive to birds and insects such as butterflies and bees. In total, 1,000 free trees are available.

Would you like a free tree?
