Night closures A2 between St. Joost and Born from 9-11 January

Rijkswaterstaat will be carrying out works on the A2 motorway between the St. Joost (44) and Born (47) junctions. As a result, this section of the A2 will be closed overnight on 9 January in the direction of Maastricht, and on 10 January in the direction of Eindhoven.

During the works at the Slagmolen viaduct, beams will be hoisted into position for the viaduct. In addition, work will be carried out on the foundations for new gantries, and repairs will be made to the crash barriers along the A2.

Closures

Friday 9 January 21:00 to Saturday 10 January 08:00:

The A2 towards Maastricht will be closed between the St. Joost (44) and Born (47) junctions. The Het Anker service area will not be accessible during this time.

Saturday 10 January 21:00 to Sunday 11 January 08:00:

The A2 towards Eindhoven will be closed between the Born (47) and St. Joost (44) junctions. The Bosserhof service area will not be accessible during this period.

Disruption and diversions

Road users should allow for extra travel time. Traffic will be diverted via the indicated diversion routes.
